Normal guy, Brent Muscat, and his normal life

 

Wondering what he does when he's not playing or writing his books? On this page, you can meet human Brent. Although Brent wouldn't let me put too much information about his personal life here, I will keep bugging him to tell more about himself.
Brent has been known as a rock star, and will be known as a writer soon. But after all, he's a human being. He has a family, lovely pets, a small but nice house he would call home, and a life!

When he's not on tour, or working with other bands, he is pretty much like a normal guy who wakes up every morning with a couple of cups of coffee. And he walks his dog every day, too and he loves it.

He likes visiting his family since he can't see them often when he's on tour. When he stays home, he practices guitar or spend a lot of time on the phone talking with his friends who he hasn't talked to while he is on tour. He doesn't go out to clubs as often as he used to, but if his friends play, he will definitely go to see them.

When you talk about Brent, there's one thing that you can't skip. Foods! He loves foods. Being a typical Taurean, he really enjoys nice delicious foods. He loves checking out new sushi restaurants, hanging out in Thai restaurants that open till late. Some people think he eats only Asian foods, but actually he loves steaks and Italian foods as well. Where there's delicious food, there's Brent. lol

Things Brent did recently
August 2003

As many of you already know, he tried to run for governor in early August, but he didn't have enough time to make it. He had to collect 65 registered voters' signature. Since he had only 10 hours to collect them, he couldn't make it in time. He's seriously thinking to try again next time.

Since he couldn't run for governor, he wanted to participate in a sushi eating contest at one of his favorite sushi restaurants, Sushi Mac, to make himself feel better. But it wasn't any easier than collecting the signatures. He could only eat 17 plates of sushi in 10 minutes which means 34 pieces. The first place winner ate 40 plates. Only to be in the Top 10, you should be able to eat more than 20 plates in 10 minutes. As a long time sushi lover, he thought he could make it in the top 10. But even Brent who eats pretty fast, couldn't eat more than 17 plates. The only prize he came home with was a soy sauce stained Sushi Mac t-shirt, but he sure had fun. Let's see if he will be able to make it into the top 10 next year.

After trying to run for governor and the sushi eating contest, all the excitement is over, and he went back to normal life taking his beloved dog to the doggy park and enjoying his evening with a bunch of cute doggies.

But still it didn't help him to get over the governor thing, and loosing the sushi eating contest. So he decided to go out clubbing a little.

 

On August 22nd, He had a night out.

Brent's old band mate, Lonny's new band, B-Flix had a show at the Gig on Melrose. He went to see the band, and showed his support to his ex-band mate. B-Flix plays punk-pop music, and it was pretty fun to enjoy.

Right after the B-Flix's show, he went directly to the Garage to see Motochrist. The band sounded really good. Meeting friends, and fans made him feel much better.

 

Before Motochrist, an all girl band who has opened for Faster Pussycat in the past called the Voodoo Dollies played. They sounded really great. But the most exciting event of the night and the headliner, was a band called Extreme Elvis. Brent found it very shocking and interesting, while most of people found it disgusting. The whole crowd was backing up and running away from the singer who jumped in the audience naked. But Brent bravely followed the singer, and took alot of photos of him. Brent said he couldn't believe how small the singer's "Extreme Elvis" penis was!

Now that his big night is over. He needed something to do. So he started jogging. He is going to jog for an hour everyday. We all can see Brent in the best shape of his life soon!
